Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner. Purchases cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, or APO/FPO address.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival:

US Orders

USPS standard ground 5-8 business days.
Priority 3-5 business days
Express mail 1-2 business days

International Orders:

USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days)

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to info@jayonalle.com.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the Monday.

Orders placed with free shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. If you have questions about shipping and delivery please send an email to info@jayonalle.com.

For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.

Original shipping fee's are not refundable and not applicable for store credit.
