Refund policy
Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. Jayonalle does NOT offer refunds or exchanges however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- No clearance, sale, accessories, bodysuits or swimwear items will be accepted for return.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We can not accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
- Jayonalle staff inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, stains, smoke, smells damages and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
- No credit after the 7th day, the item is considered final sale and a store credit will be voided.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Returns Process
You can send in a return request to return@jayonalle.com. Please explain your reason for the return. When your return is submit it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing an authorization code for returning. Returns are not accepted without a return authorization code. Please write your code on your invoice slip and include it with your return item(s) in its original packaging sealed and ready to ship out. To re-iterate, we do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.
Customer is responsible for tracking return packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the volume of orders that we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it is received. Once your items have been inspected we will send a store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases. Original shipping fee's are not refundable and not applicable for store credit.
Final Sale Items
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
Accessories, bodysuits and swimwear are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.
Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
